Voter Information

  • Voter Registration: 

    For Budget Vote:

    Residents can register to vote by mail or in person at the Westchester Co. Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601. Anyone who is a U.S. citizen and 18 years of age by December 31, 2018, is eligible and encouraged to register. Must be 18 years of age by May 21, 2019, to be eligible to vote in this particular election. 

    In-District Personal Voter Registration night will be Tuesday, April 30, 2019 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Central Administration Building of Rye City School District, 555 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Suite B-101, Rye, NY  10580. 

    Voter registration forms are now available in both English and Spanish at the Central Administration Building daily from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

    For Capital Bond Proposal Vote:

    Absentee Ballots

    Applications for absentee ballots must be received by the Rye City School District District Clerk or Board of Registrars at least seven days before the vote if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter by the school district, or by the day before the vote, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter. An absentee ballot must be received at the Rye City School District Central Administration Office, 555 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Suite B-101, Rye, NY 10580 by 5 PM, Tuesday, May 21, 2019, in order to be valid.
