Rye High School Celebrates Spring Sports Season

Rye High School student-athletes delivered an impressive slate of performances this spring, earning numerous All-League and All-Section honors across a wide range of sports.
 
Track and Field
Leonardo Brizio, Claire Curran, Jillian DeSanto, Katie Hillis, Calvin Holler, Lila Hudson, Kathryn Schatz and Ben Truman earned All League recognition.

Baseball
Nolan Hutson, Lucas London, Clayton McCarthy, Jamie Morris, Luke Ontaneda, Jackson Pineault and Mike Talbott earned All-League recognition. In addition, Hutson, Morris, Pineault and London earned All-Section honors.

Softball
Penelope Gilmoe, Caroline Joyce and Reese McGill earned All-League recognition.

Boys Lacrosse
Charlie Brady, Luke Denvir, Henry Gilroy, Jack Levine, Carson Miller, Will Niejadlik, Max Niejadlik, Sam Scully, Luke Scully, Henry Shoemaker and Nigel Strazzini earned All-League recognition. In addition, Brady, Denvir, Gilroy, Miller, Niejadlik, Shoemaker and Strazzini earned All-Section honors.

Girls Lacrosse
Rose Denvir, Mary Ebeling, Dylan Ehrlich, Mia Howson, Clare Nemsick, Coco Peters, Blake Sasse, Paige Tepedino, Annie Toulouse and Beau Whaling earned All-League recognition. In addition, Ebeling, Nemsick, Tepedino, Toulouse and Whaling earned All-Section honors.

Tennis
Marcos Becker, Filip Glitterstam, Luke Gordon and Lou Kim-Reuter earned All-League recognition. In addition, Glitterstam, Gordon and Kim-Reuter received All-Section honors.

Girls Golf
All-League honors were awarded to Anna Bancroft, Sophia Ehrlich, Tori Hobbins, Leila Kubursi, Phoebe Lee and Elle Ridley.

Boys Golf
Derek Bisceglia, Rocco DeFife, Graham Erickson, Ryker Kevorkian, Ryan Mascali and Charlie Molloy earned All-League recognition. In addition, Bisceglia, Erickson, Kevorkian and Molloy received All-Section honors.
