    The Rye Fund for Education is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that Rye City Schools continue to provide the very best education for our children. You may know them from the S.A.F.E. community fundraising campaign they launched to support the District in meeting the unexpected and unprecedented expenses brought about by COVID-19.

  • RCSD Library Check Out Procedures

    Welcome back from the RCSD librarians! We are excited to be back in our libraries, even if it is much different than the same time last year.   • Travel Reminder for Upcoming Long Weekend

    A reminder to our families who may be traveling over the long weekend: according to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 205, a 14-day quarantine may be required upon your return to New York. The list of restricted states was updated on September 22; please check the COVID-19 NYS Travel Advisory for the most up-to-date list.

    I hope all is well. Today was a great first day of the 2020-2021 school year. While we had a few bumps in the road with students accessing Google Classroom or Google Meet sessions, the technology team is confident that we have ironed out these issues.

    The District is requiring families to complete a COVID-19 screening assessment with a temperature check and to fill out a health assessment form for every student who is entering one of the District’s school buildings.
