RCSD Parent Technology Help Desk

Dear RCSD Parents and Guardians,

I hope all is well. As you know, remote learning will begin on Tuesday, March 17th. All District teachers have a Google Classroom and this platform will allow students to engage in discussions, ask questions about assignments, and submit work for feedback. Lessons will differ depending on the grade level, subject, and needs of the students.

If technical assistance is needed during this remote learning period, please complete the Parent Help Desk form for students. In addition, please know that at the secondary level, the Technology Department already has a student help desk in place. Please remind your child in grades 6-12 to fill out a ticket if they need any help.
