RCSD COVID Surveillance Testing: 2/27/22
Good Afternoon RCSD Community,
RCSD COVID-19 surveillance testing will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays only. Students, faculty, and staff may be tested at any location listed below regardless of the school they may attend or work at.
- Monday, February 28, 3:00-4:00 p.m. - RHS/RMS inside the main entrance at the Middle School
- Wednesday, March 2, 3:00-4:00 p.m. - Midland School inside the main entrance
No appointment is necessary. In order to prepare appropriately, it is important you follow the two steps below for each person being tested prior to your arrival:
- Complete the online Pre-testing Registration Form prior to your arrival on the day of the test (No appointment required)
- Print and Complete the RCSD COVID Surveillance Testing Consent Form & RCSD COVID Result Form and bring it with you to the testing location
*RCSD COVID-19 Surveillance Testing is a rapid antigen test and is not approved for symptomatic individuals. If you are symptomatic please obtain a PCR test.** Only POSITIVE results will be communicated. If you test negative, you will not be contacted.
